The conveyancing on this one was intense to say the least.
It held together because I was on it, start to finish. Not a call centre. Not a junior negotiator who’d never met either party. Me, from first viewing to this exchange.
That’s the bit people miss when they shop agents on fee and high street premises alone. One person who knows both sides, knows what’s actually at stake, and doesn’t let things slip because nobody was watching closely enough.
That’s personal service. Not a slogan. Just how I work.
